Having trouble with constipation…?
This is embarrassing, but I have no more choice… I haven't “went” in two days. It's not that long, I know, but since yesterday morning until today's evening I am feeling so heavy, bloated and now kind of tired… I want to get it out as usually. I eat healthy, I drink normal water throughout the whole day, I'm young… Sometimes I go every day for a few days in a row, and then I stop for a few. I go again for a few days, and so on and on… It's a never ending circle! My mom told me camomile tea helps it, so I drank some every single morning for five days and it worked! Every single day I had my tea, waited a half an hour and then I just had to run to the toilet! But, nowadays the effect has stopped. I had my tea today, nothing happened. I feel poo and I feel like I need to go, but whenever I go to the toilet I just sit and nothing happens. I would like if you'd keep it without medicines, something natural and I don't want anyone at home to find out about my problem… thanks in advance
